Annapurna Yoga Retreat Trekking Experience the unique combination of yoga and hiking in the Himalayas. The trekking will take you through traditional Nepalese villages and the wild scenery of the Himalayas around Annapurna Base Camp, one of the most wonderful mountain ranges in the world. You will be immersed into the rich culture and experience the extremes of the Annapurna region, even having the chance to come face to face with the country’s wildlife. All of this will allow you to live in the moment with all its beauty. Your days will start with an energizing yoga class and in the evening we will conclude with a further calming practice, allowing yourself to connect your body and mind during the adventure.The yoga classes vary from gentle hatha asana, energizing vinyasa sequences, and balancing yin-yang yoga to relaxing meditations and yoga nidra. These yoga practices are accessible for all levels, although some basic experience is helpful. The classes will be tuned to the needs of the group, and adjusted to your individual needs during the trek. This experience can be purifying, healing and mind-broadening. Listen to your heart and take the time to grow closer to your true self amidst the delightful and powerful surroundings of the mountains.

1. After finishing your trek, if you have more time to stay Nepal and want to do other activities, such as white water rafting, jungle safari, travel and tour, we customized the itineraries according to your interest.  It means we can design short or long itineraries according to your request.

02. What if I have never been trekking before?

Himalaya Travel Adventures are appropriate for beginners / Experienced one. It is expected that you should be in good physical shape prior to the trek / expedition,

that you maintain a regular exercise routine or Jogging, and that you are able to walk 5-7 hours per day for most days during trek .


03. How about Mountain Sickness during the trek ?

We have tried our best in itinerary for the pacing and progression to altitude adjustment during high altitude treks. 

We ( Our guide ) closely monitor the effects of altitude on our clients/ trekkers, and in case of sickness, we can move you quickly to a lower altitude .


04. What if I need medical assistance at some point during the trip?

In the mountain we are not sure what will happen but we try our best good things to happen .

In case of emergency, our staff is well trained and know how to facilitate medical treatment and emergency transport.


05. If I cancel my trip can I get a refund?

Yes , Only 10 % is charged and other get refunded while 2 week priors to depart will be charged 25% .



Sahadev is a very attentive, engaging and patient guide with a huge amount of knowledge about Nepalese culture and nature. He organized an incredibly beautiful trekking to Annapurna Basecamp, combined with refreshing and relaxing yoga classes by Lana: 'the Annapurna Yoga Retreat Trekking'. During the trekking, he guided us (a group of Dutch people) with a lot of attention for the physical and personal needs of each of us. I treasure the memories of this amazing journey.
