Everest Base Camp trek is one of the most famous treks in the world. It takes you into the heart of the Nepalese Himalaya, with incredible awe-inspiring views of many of the world’s highest and most beautiful mountains. Everest Base Camp is recommended as a ‘must see before die destination. Along the way delightful encounters of unique flora and fauna, friendly Sherpa people, colorful festivals & Buddhist monasteries . This trek offers an excellent opportunity to climb an Island Peak at 6173 metres. It is located at the top of the Chukung glacier between Ama Dablam and Lhotse. The ascent requires some technical climbing to cross a mixed rock and ice wall at a slope of around 45° leading onto to its narrow summit ridge. This is a strenuous climb and you need to be physically fit before attempting it.On top, while Mount Everest is a merely 10km away to the north, the view will be blocked by the massive wall of Mt.Lhotse, towering 2,300 m (7,500 ft) above the summit.
Day 01 : Arrival at the Tribuwan International Airport in Kathmandu (1,345m).
Day 02 : Pre-trip meeting and sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley.
Day 03 : Fly to Lukla (2,804m). Trek to Phakding (2,610m) – 3 hrs.
Day 04 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m) – 5.5 hrs.
Day 05 : Namche Bazaar acclimatization day.
Day 06 : Trek to the Tengboche Monastery (3,860m) – 5 hrs.
Day 07 : Trek to Pheriche (4,200m) – 5.5 hrs.
Day 08 : Rest and acclimatization day.
Day 09 : Trek to Lobuche (4,910m) – 5 hrs.
Day 10 : Trek to Gorak Shep (5,180m) then hike up to Kalapatthar (5,555m) back to Gorak Shep – 7 hrs.
Day 11 : Trek to the Everest Base Camp (5,365m) then back to Lobuche (4,910m) – 7 hrs.
Day 12 : Trek to Chukkung (4,710 m) – 6 hrs.
Day 13 : Trek to Island Peak Base Camp (5,240 m) – 4 hrs. Overnight at a tented camp.
Day 14 : Trek to High Camp
Day 15 : High Camp – Reach the Summit of the Island Peak (6,187 ) and return to Chhuking (4,750m )
Day 16 : Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) – 6 hrs.
Day 17 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m) via Khumjung (3,780 m) – 5 hrs.
Day 18 : Trek to Lukla (2,804m) – 5 hrs.
Day 19 : Morning flight back to Kathmandu.
Day 20 : Half Day sightseeing and farewell dinner in Kathmandu.
Day 21 : Transfer for your final flight departure

02. What if I have never been trekking before?
Himalaya Travel Adventures are appropriate for beginners / Experienced one. It is expected that you should be in good physical shape prior to the trek / expedition,
that you maintain a regular exercise routine or Jogging, and that you are able to walk 5-7 hours per day for most days during trek .
03. How about Mountain Sickness during the trek ?
We have tried our best in itinerary for the pacing and progression to altitude adjustment during high altitude treks.
We ( Our guide ) closely monitor the effects of altitude on our clients/ trekkers, and in case of sickness, we can move you quickly to a lower altitude .
04. What if I need medical assistance at some point during the trip?
In the mountain we are not sure what will happen but we try our best good things to happen .
In case of emergency, our staff is well trained and know how to facilitate medical treatment and emergency transport.
05. If I cancel my trip can I get a refund?
Yes , Only 10 % is charged and other get refunded while 2 week priors to depart will be charged 25% .
