Annapurna High Route Trek is one of the authentic and challenging treks in Nepal. This a long journey trek to explore the hidden gems of Nepal especially the Annapurna region, the central part of Nepal. This trek covers an overall part of the Annapurna region. There is a great mixture of culture and biodiversity in this region. Due to its unique geographical location, the hospitality of the inhabitants, and the ethnic culture are preserved. Here, most people are concerned with the farming and herding of yak, cultural activities, and tourism.
In this Annapurna High Route Trek, there is the fusion of the classic Annapurna circuit trek with Narphu valley. From the rich preserved culture of Nar Phu valley, we cross the Kangla pass (5100 m) and reach Ngawal, and then to Manang. In Manang; we take half a day of rest before heading on to our next two adventures in Tilicho Lake (Tilicho icy lake presents dramatic spectacular water views reflecting the surrounding snowy peak) and cross the snow-covered (Thorong-La 5416 meters) and arrive in Muktinath, the land of the saint, where there’s a famous temple for Hindus and Buddhist devotees. Then trek down to Jomsom to finish down our trekking in Himalayas, Annapurna, an oasis in the arid desert.
