Nepal – Tibet Drive In & Fly Out

This highly rewarding overland trip through the central Tibet which starts in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu with a guided sightseeing of Kathmandu valley and preparation of Tibet visa and end in Lhasa . We enter the Tibet through 4WD passing through the Kodari Highway- Nepal and each day we have different perspective of Tibet through some high passes above 5000 m , visit the nomad camps and enjoy the unique beauty of vast Tibetan Plateau including age old Monasteries with superb view of Everest , Cho oyu, Makalu and Shishapangma to name few and beautiful turquoise lake Yamdrok Tso before reaching Lhasa . Lhasa is rightly one of the most featured and dreamt-about cities in the world. This is not only because of its high altitude at 3,650 meters (11,975 feet) which means remoteness and limited accessibility, but also because of its over 1,000 years’ cultural and spiritual history which leaves an impressive heritage that has helped to create the romantic and mysterious Tibetan religion.
