Pike Peak Trek

The Pike peak trek is less known than most other trails in Nepal, and therefore a good choice to go off the beaten trek. Pike Peak is located in the Gaurishankar Conservation Area, gives a view over the whole range of the Himalayas from East to West parts.

This trip helps to discover Nepalese culture and explore the fascinating landscape, allowing them to connect with nature. It will open the heart and broaden the mind. The trip will start in the Kathmandu valley, where will visit the most beautiful Buddhist stupas of Nepal. During the 11-day trek in the mountains, will cross traditional Nepalese villages amidst the wild scenery of the Himalayas. The trail leads through the traditional villages of different ethnic groups, such as Sunar, Tamang, Sherpa, and Magar. Accommodation at homestays, farms, or monasteries. This is a unique way to discover authentic Nepalese culture; as these places are visited only by a few travelers, the people will give a truly warm experience and welcome.Do expect very primitive circumstances. In some places, there is only cold water and a simple room to sleep. Perfect if you like to go back to basics!

The landscape varies from rice fields to bamboo forest and rhododendron jungles to dune-like plains. Mostly be climbing and walking on Nepali flat paths. It is therefore accessible if you have little previous trekking experience.

At the highest point (4065m) you will see the sunrise at the magnificent view of the Himalaya range –from Annapurnas in the west to Mt.Everest in the central and Mt.Kanchanjunga in the East.
